Where we deliver
We deliver within India through our courier partners. You can check delivery to your PIN code on any product page, and checkout checks it again before you pay: if we cannot deliver an item to your PIN code, or Cash on Delivery is not available there, checkout tells you before the order is placed.
Shipping charges
- Shipping is free.
- Cash on Delivery orders carry a ₹49 handling fee.
- All charges are listed at checkout, under the order total, before you pay.
Dispatch and delivery times
- Orders are usually handed to the courier within 1–2 days and delivered within 4–6 days, depending on your location.
- Items from different sellers are shipped separately and may arrive on different days.
Tracking
Once your order is picked up, the courier's tracking number and link appear in My Orders. If you have opted in to WhatsApp updates, we also message you when it ships and when it is delivered.
Delivery attempts
If the courier cannot deliver, they will try again. After repeated failed attempts the parcel is returned to the seller: a prepaid order is then refunded automatically, and an undelivered Cash on Delivery order costs you nothing.
Changing the delivery address
The address cannot be changed after an order is placed. If you need a different address, cancel the order before it is picked up and place a new one.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, request a return within 5 days of delivery and include photos or a video. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
